"I loved the independence of the flat. The kitchen was fab but could have done with a microwave or even an oven dish. I did not like seeing all the bins at the front full to the brim. Loved the shower and the bed was okay but badly needed a bedside light. A small chest of drawers would also of been handy. I would book again. "

"The apartment was easy to find using Google , fairly new and quite welcoming! Lots of useful emails from Hopewell the management company. The layout of the property and its facilities were excellent! However, the whole place needs a very big deep clean! "Lovely new flat, well stocked and comfortable. The living room is rather small, tight for even one person. Overall was a great stay, only disappointed that the taxes and fees are so high, and that I did not receive the check-in instructions in advance so I had to reach out to get that just before I arrived."

"We loved everything about the Gainsborough, the staff were very helpful, the Spa was brilliant, the room was clean and today, also the maid was very polite and helpful. We were also upgraded to the Gainsborough suite as we mentioned it was our 25th anniversary so this was a plenty surprise, the hotel went above and beyond as they laid on a complementary fridge of drinks, a bottle of wine and a big box of Bath cheeses. Truly wonderful stay - thank you we come again."
