"Room was clean but noisy the hotel literally is on top the highway and you can get the whole thing from outside thru the wall A/C we tried to turned the heat at night and has a humid smell that stinks the whole room. Have to call to front desk around midnight due to some kids playing hockey in the hallway apparently was normal that parents let the kids been disrespectful and the front desk lady was rude and apologized saying that was my fault feel like that in resume I will never be back to this hotel my 3 nights were horrible "

"Room was clean and spacious. Perfect size for two parents and two teenagers, gave everyone their own space. Hot tub was also a big hit."

"This could be a nice place, but the carpet and furniture need to be replaced ASAP. This would make a very large difference. Check in was easy and the person was friendly. Sheets seemed clean, and the place felt safe. Parking was extra. There is a large indoor pool that the whole building is built around... but it is closed except for the summer. Why not have a pool open year round, especially when it is the centerpiece of the property?"

"The room was very nice and clean. Just to close to the elevators, as it was noisy the whole stay because of that. People seem to gather there to chat and kids running up and down the hall. Hotel was pretty full. Customer service was good. Facilities were nice."

"In order to flush the toilet, I had to fill the ice bucket with water and the electrical by the bed kept shorting out if I move too hard in the bed. "

"The staff is always friendly and helpful. Rooms are always clean. I take full advantage of the gym and other amenities they offer."
