"The stay was comfortable and the AC was amazing.
Some things to note: The room was not soundproof at all (despite what the listing states), we could hear every conversation at the front desk. Maybe other rooms are different, but ours was right off the front lobby. The water took over 10 minutes to warm, so I took 2 cold showers assuming there wasn’t any hot water. There are not digital channels on the TV, there are 3 channels only and one is completely static. TV is too old to have an HDMI, so we used my laptop instead. Breakfast is not made-to-order, there was fried Irish (potatoes), baked beans, and pancakes.
The location is great, Muyenga is amazing, but it is unlikely I will stay here again. "

The staff are particularly accommodating and learn guests' names, the grounds are within a peaceful green park, multiple restaurants with ambient settings, breakfast is superb, the rooms are extremely clean with excellent hot water, and the room patios have a nice view. "Beautiful, sparkling clean, an oasis! We had the deluxe suite with window so tons of space. It was quiet, very comfortable, and had all the amenities. Spacious shower with hot hot water ( and a shower curtain! Yay dry floor) also beside tables with lights And plugs, things you miss at other places. The breakfast was wonderful with many savory choices as well as yogurt, cereal, fruit, and many juices. The location was very convenient and the staff was very nice. It was a treat to stay here"

On 4 different websites this scam accommodation appears to state different random names of districts and towns without sizing out a specific address that can be underlined on any possible maps given the dubius outlook of the said locations. for instance, On Vrbo.com, this property contends to be located within 3.1 miles from Wonderworld, Lake Victoria and the US - Embassy. On Vacationcottages.com it's just located in Kampala without any further identification of a road name or plot number or even a block number, what is this? On Expedia.sa, it only states Kampala Central Region which can't be a specific address manager needs to be removed from further posting lies on the internet. My money was deducted for a period of stay approximating to a Month, but no service was delivered after my team searched and failed to locate this property, without any posted local Telephone number to contact. This kind of business should be illegal. And people's money refunded. "
