We were in town for a wedding with our two teen children and 10 year old. We loved walking to various restaurants, coffee shops and along the Fraser Trail, just steps from the condo. Lots of walk-able restaurants. Note: it's on 3rd floor up 2 flights of stairs. Comfortable home with plenty of space! Very convenient bus stop to the mountain - but note it's only running hourly M-F, and sometimes late. One bus actually did not arrive. Of course, this is probably system-wide across Winter Park. Not a home-owner problem. Also the clubhouse with pool is maybe a 10-minute walk. Again - a very nice home in a great location. The location is fantastic, walking distance to a grocery store and some restaurants. It is also walking distance to a bus pick up, and the bus will drop you off basically at your door.
