Yes it was pet friendly, but no back yard at all. It's a parking lot so not ideal for tying a dog up.

The Fort Garry Hotel, Spa and Conference Centre, an Ascend Collection Hotel
Fantastic stay. Love the historic aspects and neat architecture! Only thing is there was no kitchen bar of any kind in the room, but when we requested a feidge it was promptly suppkied while we were eating supper.
