« I will definitely be back but very frustrated with the reservation system. I reserved the Manor Queen suite which was supposed to have a queen and a pull out couch. We were being our son with us so when we got in room and found a king and just arm chairs I wasn’t pleased at all. He had to make other arrangements to stay somewhere else. »

« The rooms are close to noisy roads and insulation is weak which prevents you from sleeping at night (walls even vibrate when trucks are passing by). In term of noise, you can clearly hear your neighbors. In addition, I have been intoxicated by the smell of painting in my room. I spent the following day at the office with the smell of painting in my mouth. If you don't have the choice and plan to stay at this hotel in the coming weeks please note that they are maintaining the rooms by repainting...

« Lobby was a bit small and dated, however the room itself was spacious and appeared to be clean for 2 adults and 1 toddler. Pool area was clean however the pool itself was small and not heated. Also, the pool towels were thin/small gym towels as opposed to bath towels. One did not even fully cover my toddler.
