« this house is amazing. The driveway is like a mile long. The seclusion is priceless. There are walking trails everywhere. The house is super cozy and warm with everything you need for a great stay. And it was exceptionally clean. The washer and dryer came in handy as well. Listen, if you don't want to be bothered by anyone but a deer, I highly recommend this property. And they allow pets. My dog was off leash the whole time. »

« Our experience at this cottage was extremely disappointing. After driving for 4 hours, we had to clean for two hours before unpacking to make it a bit more acceptable. Where do I begin, the cottage was very dirty and so are the pots and pans left there to be used by the guests. The kettle on the stove was filled with dirty rusty water, the cast iron pans were greasy and dirty, the table, chairs and wall behind the stove were very sticky. We rented a cottage with a dishwasher thinking we did...

« We had a great weekend stay at this newly built place in Smithfield while attending a swim event with my son at Colby College, which was just a short, easy drive away. Everything was clean and cozy, and the place had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was helpful and highly responsive and recommended a local fishing spot on one of the three lakes right around the property which was very close and a nice way to spend down time. Overall, a solid choice! »
