« This is by far one of the best places we’ve stayed. From the beautiful decor, exposed wood and cozy fireplace. It was the attention to detail and small little extras that made this an extra special visit. The serene music playing as you enter the home to the specialized note and picnic basket! They are very accommodating to any situation that may arise and communicate on a five star level. An amazing stay and will be visiting again! »

« The picture you show was the owners 1st property and we could not access the property with my elderly family. When I called the owner, he offered me a second option of another property. That is the property I rated. It was very kind of the owner to accomodate us. It was a lit more driving than we intended but the accommodstions were much better for us. »

« The location of King’s Kastle on Salmon Lake is excellent. The lake is wide at that point and offers great views of the sunrise, particularly from the upstairs master bedroom suite. « Itvstarted with a 24 hour notice due to our original house being flooded for the storm. They fot us in a day later to this smaller yet spacious lakehouse with many little surprises! We enjoyed the large master suite with the clawfoot tub. The outside sauna was a blessing and the wood stove! The the renovations were lovely. We were comfortable and relaxed for pur elipse little get away! Thank.ypu SO MUCH for having us in such short notice and sharing this lovely little cabin! »

« Was supposed to be with family but some things changed. I stayed here to get out to the sugarloaf marathon race early in the morning . It was only 30 minutes to get up to the finish line. Great cabin with lots of space. Hopefully next time I can share it with the family. Highly recommended. »

« This really is a beautiful setting - it is very private and quiet. The front porch is where we spent the most time in the evenings, hearing the loons call was priceless! The home was clean and well-appointed. Due to these positives, I give it a five star rating. However, a few things are needed to make it even better - repair the holes in the window screens. This was a very hot summer stay and there is no air-conditioning. I really wanted to open my bedroom window at night to get the cool...

« This cabin is lovely - a beautiful location, very comfortable. Pam and Larry are great hosts; very communicative and helpful. We had a very relaxing stay overall. We had some unfortunate timing, with the lake experiencing a persistent algae bloom that made the water inaccessible to swimming or water sports, but we made the best of it - exploring other area lakes and ponds for swimming (in particular, McGrath Pond had a hidden gem of a local swimming spot!), I would highly recommend this...
