The place was clean when we got there and it had all the amenities an individual could ask for. The neighborhood was also nice and calm which is always welcoming. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone who’s looking to do a ski trip in the area or even to anyone in general. The Host was great at communication and gave some excellent recommendations. Bonus was that Rumford was on a major gateway to seeing the 2024 eclipse. Lighting could be improved in kitchen, dim bulbs make it difficult to see. The stairs to the bedrooms are shallow so the heel of your foot hangs over the edge or you must place your feet sideways. Also, the bathroom tub has a very wide ledge making it difficult to step into the tub. Because of these issues, I wouldn’t recommend this home to those 70+ or anyone with balance or walking problems.
