"The room was good and the service was excellent overall. However, I had one issue. When I extended my stay online, it seemed like the request wasn’t received or was ignored. I was woken up while sleeping and asked to come down to reception, even though it wasn’t urgent and could have waited. Since there’s a phone in the room, it would have been more considerate if they had called first."

"The room was not suitable but we were promptly swapped to a better room and the rest of our stay was great. I would suggest before staying in room 405 ensure the curtains have been replaced and the carpets aren't dusty. Host was friendly and accommodating. Due to the prompt swap and pverall value I would give it 5 stars."

"This was our second stay at Jo’s place and really enjoyed the apartment and beautiful gardens where we could safely walk our dogs. The area was secure and safe too. Only thing is that there is no WiFi which would have been handy to watch our own Netflix shows."
