« Dead bolt did not work at all, swing lock was broken off, and there was no do not disturb sign. Almost as if the staff wants to be able to walk in on you, which they tried to do every morning. Very very frustrating and not at all okay. Breakfast was very poor and was not restocked often, but the waffle machine worked so was the only thing we took advantage of. »

« The hotel looks nice on the outside and inside. The front desk staff that checked us in later in the evening was not very friendly. There is no elevator in the building so if you have luggage or many things you will have to carry everything through the stairs ( this is not very convenient for people that has a toddler like myself, or for someone that is pregnant like another customer that was there and needed to carry all of her things up). The room is spacious but there were bugs in the room...

« Nous avons séjourné 1 nuit et j'avais demandé une chambre avec au 2ème étage, pas de chance, j'étais au RDC, juste devant ma voiture. La chambre était sombre. Endroit bruyant car étant sur axe routier important. Comme d'habitude clim bruyante et pas de 2ème repose bagage pour la 2ème valise du conjoint, a croire que l'on part seul avec 1 seul valise. »
