"A friend and I stayed for a long weekend and had a nice time. It was a little dated, there was some rust buildup that prevented the balcony door from staying closed without the deadbolt that I assume had a little bit to do with the humidity and salt air, and the living room furniture was very stained. "We would stay here again. It is a duplex turned into 4 rentals, but it was roomy enough for 6 people and 2 dogs. The A/C was ice cold and had a separate air conditioner for each bedroom and living space. The location is great - only about 20 feet from beach access and 0.6 mile walk to shopping and food. The host responded to texts quickly. The people we met were all so nice. This is a rental and city I want to visit again. "

The space was open, clean, and comfortable; the layout allowed semi-private spaces for everyone; the public beach access is only a short walk down the street; and the kitchen is well-stocked with dishes and cookware. The hosts were prompt and thorough in their communication and even left a little birthday card for my son when I communicated that this was his birthday trip. "The room was exactly as advertised. It's a simple, cozy space that was all we needed. The unit was spotless and well taken care of. However, there are a couple of things to note. There is no space on either side of the bed, which makes it difficult to get in and out of bed. We had to crawl from the bottom up. "Easy check in process and great location! Able to walk to restaurants and a couple shops. Beach access only 5 minutes down the street and having a beach wagon certainly helped us take all our belongings to and from. Kitchen well stocked with everything needed for cooking and eating. Bath towels were a little small and one of the beds made lots of noise that woke up our light sleeper (10 mos) but overall really enjoyed the location and our stay here!"
