Very responsive. i usually stay ON the beach but I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to get onto the beach on the boardwalk/sidewalk. The pool was amazing. 6 inch area is great for our 1 and 3 year old (wish there was a way to stop the one year old from walking into the deep area so we could relax more but still fun) Kids toys and books were perfect. The place was very clean, beds were comfortable and living space was lovely. It’s also decorated very beautifully and reallySets the tone for your stay! There were beach towels, sand toys, beach chairs and a beach wagon for Guests to use that was super nice to have. Check out was so easy and uncomplicated. The host was very responsive and attentive. It truly is a great place to stay! \*A few things I’d wish I’d known so I could have had a better food prep and cooking experience, the Kitchen was functional but it was not super well appointed, it has the basics for pots and pans but for larger groups staying here (we had 7 of us) it was a bit tricky with the lack of cooking dishes like Pyrex pans (or any type of baking pans) and if you plan to make a big pot of spaghetti, soup or something along those lines the biggest pot isn’t super large so just an fyi to bring your own! There are no storage containers for left overs so make sure you bring some or get ziplock bags and the knives are very dull so it made prep take much longer than normal.The kitchen has zero pantry basics like salt pepper olive oil etc. so plan to bring allOf that or buy at the food lion down the street. My friends and I stayed here for a long weekend when our friend’s son got married in Morehead City. The place was spotless, tastefully decorated, just beautiful! Perfect for three couples. Compared to staying in a condo, the ease of unloading/loading our car at the entry level was great. The proximity to the crosswalk and beach were perfect. This townhouse has been well cared for and was very clean! The owner answered all of my questions quickly and kindly via text. We hope to stay here again. ##### Laurin R. It was quiet, family friendly, pet friendly, and spacious! Couple minute walk to the beach. The community pool was the highlight of our vacation. ##### Angela S. Place was clean and had what we needed. Keep in mind that parking is VERY limited outside of the two spots that come with the rental. Hotel Alice allowed us to park the extra car for $10 a day. We loved how each bedroom had its own bathroom and TV. It is decorated with a modern, clean, beachy vibe. It was quiet, yet so close to all of the amenities. My kids used the pool everyday. Sometimes they had the pool all to themselves for over an hour! We appreciated the beach towels, toys, and chairs that were provided. It was really easy to get to the beach, too. A trip to the Food Lion and Dollar General (5 minutes away) gave us everything we needed to settle in for the week and enjoy this place. There’s so much to venture out and see within only 10 minutes of this place! We really enjoyed Fort Macon and the Fort Macon Beach. The beach combing experience there is awesome. The NC aquarium is just down road. And, there are so many excellent restaurants nearby. I would stay in this townhouse again, in a heartbeat! It was perfect for our family of 5 and 2 grandparents. ##### Tara E. Very nice home and neighborhood. Has a park for kids and a pool that is amazing. A shallow 6” side to relax by yourself or if you have little ones or grandkids.
