Small playground and open field to play and the pool is beautiful and clean. Safe and short walk to the beach, there is a boardwalk all the way to the beach so a wagon is easy. Restaurant and essential shopping in walking distance. You can easily do 3 small family groups here and still have privacy. There is a very large bunk room that includes a separate queen bed. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom with 1/2 bath on main level. Cute fenced courtyard with swing. The host was helpful and attentive if needed. The townhouse was exactly as described and had lots of room (especially in the bedrooms and bathrooms). I thought it was nice that the sheets and towels were soft and pretty good quality - you don’t always get this with beach rentals! I also loved that we could bring our dog with us. The location was great - just a short walk across the street to the beach, although a few in our group chose to drive and park in the public access parking lot. We visited the pool one afternoon and it was very nice and well maintained. The only negative thing I would say is that the living room seating was not great - it could benefit from rearranging the furniture and getting something that is more comfortable and will accommodate more people. Same for the outdoor area - it would have been nice to have a couple extra chairs out there in addition to the bench swing! This property was exactly as advertised online! The master bedroom was HUGE! I was able to put the moveable twin bed and a pack and play for my 2 children to sleep on and still have more than enough room to walk around!! The owner had left trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, etc for us to use, which was extremely nice! Our code didn’t work on our door but she had already given us an alternate way to get in and was very quick to respond with any messages sent!
