"OLD windows that wouldn't close with no screens to keep out insects. No mattress cover. Mattress was comfortable and seemed new, but a little distressing that it had no zippered cover or any cover at all. Just a thin , flat sheet thrown over it. When bedbugs are a concern, a mattress protector is a must!"

"This was My second stay. Rooms were updated and they were already nice last year. Staff is very friendly. Salt water pool heated pool was really nice for an October weekend. I really love this hotel. Everything you could need for a stay at the beach. I will be back again next year and probably Every year! My son loves it as well! Great for family!"

"we went to Aqua Beach to check in, room was not ready, that's ok we were early, she said they would call when it was ready, never called. when we asked about parking employee was rude that it was clearly marked, we did not see anything marked. come to find out, we were not staying at the Aqua Beach hotel, we were staying across the street. we loved the space, it was not communicated."
