"The “patio” in the patio rooms are not much to write home about. They are rather small and fronted by the service road that wraps around the back of the property. But the staff were friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. Parking is easy and convenient. Included breakfast was also pretty good. Pretty good value. "

"The property is beautiful. The rooms are beautiful. The barista at the next door coffee shop is friendly and informative. The instructor for yoga and sound baths is great. But there were some misses. The front desk staff is not very warm upon arrival. Also, we had multiple issues getting our room cleaned and service. Calls to the front desk in the morning and afternoon seem to be ignored. We were able to finally get assistance during the evening from another staff member, and spoke to the manager the following morning. He was very helpful and listened to our concerns. He also agreed to personally ensure our next visit would meet the high standards they have. We do look forward to returning. "
