Staff friendly and helpful, beds comfortable, easy walk out back to shops, lots of lounge areas inside the hotel

The hotel was excellent overall. The staff was friendly and accommodating, the room was very clean, and the parking was easy and convenient. The location was also great, with lots of nearby restaurant, shopping and close proximity to the ASV ballparks and other places to visit. The only downside was that the windows do not open for fresh air, but aside from that, everything else was great. I would definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect hotel for our Cooperstown All-Star dreams park trip. We were two adults and had a room with a king bed and pull out couch. Our son slept there the first and last night of our trip and said the bed was comfortable. The room is right next to the elevator, but it was very quiet except for the last night. The hotel is clean, staff friendly, it is conviently located to quick restaurants, the park, and downtown. The amenities were nice to use. Overall, I highly reccommend. Washer and dryer on site was a plus.
