"This campsite is ideal for walking in to the center of Sturgis. Cleaning and shower block were ideal, especailly when a thunderstorm came over. Did get a bit chilly overnight, an additional blanket would have been good for the chilly morning."

"The room was clean and inviting. The two chairs were nice to have, but could use a good cleaning (or replacement). Fluffy bright white towels. We appreciated how quiet it was, even with a full (or nearly full) house. It was great to have laundry facilities on site ($5 total for wash & dry). We ordered a pizza from the on site bar, too tired to leave the hotel again. It was delicious and just down the hall. Feedback for the front desk clerk: When you ask a customer how she's doing, and she responds with a polite "Fine, how are YOU doing?" -- don't answer "TIRED." Say "I'm doing well; thanks for asking." Then go on with the check-in procedure. When you respond with "Tired," it sounds like you're hoping the customer asks "why" and you can go on with describing YOUR day. You may be tired, but your job is to be cheerful and welcoming and focused on the customer, who may have just driven hundreds of miles (thousands over the previous two weeks). Happened to us, as well as to another couple checking in right after us."
