The place has cockroaches, the lady at breakfast on 19th July 205 was not friendly at all made me feeling like i was not supposed to be there, not everyone is familiar with the place so be little kind and hostly. The guy who was doing the afternoon shift 17 &18 July at the reception was amazing he knows his job and his doing it well. One of my neighbors was smoking just by the stairs and i could smell whatever they were smoking it was terrible.

My group and I had a great time at the Omni Hotel at Centennial Park. The staff was great from the point of check-in to check-out. We were also very satisfied with our room on the North Tower. We would definitely return to this property if we had another event to attend at the Mercedes Benz Stadium. We were able to walk easily around Downtown and felt safe. There is a Chick-fil-A and a Starbucks nearby but there was a little cafe on site on the South Tower as well. There was also a restaurant on site that had a really nice burger. My only grouse was that the hold on my credit card took a while to be released. Upon checkout, I was informed that there were no incidentals so the hold on my card would be released. However, after 5 business days (9 calendar days), it was still there. I called the hotel on business day 7 (calendar day 11), spoke to two persons who were both very polite and professional, and eventually I was told that the hold would be released in 2 - 3 more days. True to their word, it was released after 3 more days had passed i.e. business day 10. Overall, we had a great time. I would recommend the hotel to a friend or family member.

Only one elevator was working and as busy as the hotel was, this was an inconvenient for everyone that was staying there. Overall, the service was nice and hotel well cleaned. Felt very secured, walking to our vehicle, which was parked in the garage. Parking garage fees are expensive be prepared to pay. Felt safe walking in the area.
