"Hotel was fine but I will never use Hotels.com ever again as they messed up my booking completely costing me £1600 !!! I called them 3 times and sent 5-6 emails to which each time they apologised and said they would correct it, but never did anything !!!"

If this is an arbitrary rule and only some guests are asked to pay while others aren’t (despite no clear distinction), then I have no interest in staying again."
