We were touring the east coast so did 3 cities in a week, this being our first stay. Metro blue line stop is less than 5 minutes walking and you can even go through the Marriott lobby to get underground there. Such an easy home base to get to all the sights in DC with the closeness of the Metro...

« We loved the area and not knowing DC at all was extremely happy with how pretty the area was. All the homes were well cared for. Some beautiful architecture.The listing was confusing because they showed the three bedrooms and then showed a photograph of an office. Which turned out to be the third bedroom. So we thought we were actually getting four rooms with beds. We utilized the couch rather than the blowup beds and that work just fine. »
