"Overall it was an enjoyable experience. Room service wasn't the best and had to ask several times for toiletry refills and such (because they said they would bring it and then never did). I also was hoping they would clean the room a little better between days. If I had cleaning supplies I would have myself! I have two young kids that make messes. It would be nice if they had a lifeguard or someone supervising the pool. A drunk man almost landed on my son when he decided to fall in the pool. So, maybe not the most kid friendly. "

"Very lovely hotel, spacious rooms and a nice breakfast. However, it is so busy this time of year, we watched the shuttle go past us twice as it was full and eventually needed to take a taxi to the hotel at 12:30 AM from the airport."

It was fine for a short stay on an overnight between flights out of Miami. Shuttle service was good and the cafeteria had surprisingly good food. "
