"The apartment was everything we expected. What you see in the pictures is absolutely accurate. The outside garden/side yard was just beautiful! Bob always answered any questions in a timely manner and was available by phone if we needed. The house is located in a wonderful neighborhood. We went for a long weekend and was able to walk to the park. Uber is readily available if you don't rent a car. We highly recommend this apartment and hope to stay here again in the future."

"My mom and I escaped to McMinnville for wine tasting and relaxation in May and I this was a perfect location! Close enough to town that wine tour guide would pick us up at the door, but far enough that we enjoyed the beautiful scenery of the area. We enjoyed a lovely walk around the flower farm during a break in the rain. The large fridge and comfortable king beds were perfect for two adults on a mission to eat and drink our fill! "The location was perfect, easy access to all highways, downtown waterfront was a 5 minute walk, there was available parking Nextdoor, the entrance was secure, apartment was clean and very comfortable! So much more to list honestly. Host was extremely communicative throughout the entire stay answering any questions and even had some great suggestions for a wonderful winery close by! "The upper floors of the house were very comfortable and convenient. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The house was well appointed overall and the beds were comfortable. We were on the tail end of a spring break vacation with our grandchildren who live in Portland and our stay at Irvington House put the icing on the cake. Portland in the Springtime is not to be missed. We look forward to coming back!"

"My husband & I stayed here for a birthday weekend get away. It was super convenient to so many wineries and close to many great restaurants too. The place was perfect for the two of us.
