She remarked that she recollected who I was when we met as I checked-out - that's meaningful Customer Service. Kudos to Anthony, the lone Bartender, for patiently and deftly managing a full bar late at night."

"When I checked and got to my room, I immediately saw I was given the wrong room. I had reserved an accessible room with roll in shower. I called the front desk and they told me to wait and they would being me keys to the correct room. I usually verify my room type at check in, but this time I did not verify. Mistakes are forgivable, and they quickly and professionally fixed it. Hours later as I was walking across the lobby, staff asked if my room met my needs. Room was spacious. Bathroom very accessible. Will likely stay at this hotel again."
