We sent several messages to our host and never got a reply. What we did get were automated messages about checking out but nothing regarding what we asked about. Very poor communication. Also hot as balls. No air conditioning. The location is great if you are going to an event at wembley but for the price they could turn on their AC for their guests.

The facilities were in good order. The staff were friendly and efficient. Room was compact as expected, but the bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. Good location a couple of minutes walk from Earl's Court underground station. Would happily stay here again.

Room was not at all impressive. No window not a good option. Felt too enclosed and cluster -phobic. Couldn’t wait to leave!
