The staff were helpful at check-in and held our bags when we arrived early and moved them to our room. The property was clean and the room we stayed in was well organized and offered a fridge and kettle (which is better for me since tea from coffee machines always tastes like coffee). The wifi was free and reliable. We controlled the temperature in the room. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The lodging is authentically native African with modern amenities. The room decor pays attention to detail. The animal encounter experiences are memories for the entire family. The food quality (not to mention quantity) rivals any fine dining restaurant. This is an absolutely amazing experience for a family.

I would like to single out one of the front desk managers, Prabin, for praise. My luggage was delayed by the airline, and when it was eventually delivered, the wrong bag was dropped off! Prabin energetically set about resolving the situation for me, which was accomplished quickly and thoroughly.

Having stayed here in a 1-bedroom apartment for several days about 15 years ago, we were happy to return for a 3-night stay in February 2025. The unit was spacious, quiet and provided everything we would need for a stay of any length. The full kitchen allowed us to eat in the unit when we wished, and the sitting area was spacious and comfortable. The included daily copy of the Sydney Morning Herald was welcome, as is the recent addition of a light-rail service along Northbourne.
