« Les gens à la réception était non recevable. On est arrivé 2 heures avant l’heure permise pour checkin, en premier c’était 70$ usd, ensuite c’était 70$ usd pour les 2 chambres. On est revenu à 14:30 et encore même si les chambres étaient disponibles, non il fallait payer les 70$. Aucune ouverture non plus à nous donner un petit qqc parce qu’on quittait 30 minutes avant l’ouverture du déjeuner. La chambre était très bien, propre et tranquille, qui est l’essentiel selon moi. »

« The room was clean. The area around the pool was chaos with office chairs and such. Once when walking by the desk staff were talking about personal stuff using the f word. Overall this place is great and I would return. Breakfast is great and the breakfast staff were super on top of it. I only noticed the two things while I was there and I think desk staff could level up their professionalism and check on pool more frequently. »
