« Where do I start?? Let's see... the first night I was staying near the front desk and the front desk staff was pretty loud as I tried to sleep. I asked for a wake-up call at 6:15am, and they called me at 4:15am! The front desk person said the 6 looked like a 4! Interesting. At some point in the night someone opened up the outside door (my room actually had two doors). Luckily the inside chain lock was on, and the door only opened an inch or so. The next day when I returned, the same door...

« Check in was supposed to be at 3:00 p.m. we arrived and our room wasn't ready. They told us it would be about another 15 minutes, but it took about 45 minutes. We had a wedding to be at down the street at 5:00 p.m. and it would have been nice to know about the delay in advance. They did make up for it and gave us a late check out which was very much appreciated. We were charged twice for one soda in the mini fridge in the room. Although I didn't tell them about that since it was just $3, nobody...
