« Worst smelling room ever! Smelled like dirty feet. The smell seemed to be coming from the A/C. Febreeze didn’t even help! We stayed because I had my 80 yr old mom with me and she needed to get to bed due to health issues and couldn’t go one more minute. When I complained to the front desk, she didn’t really seem to care. The fire alarm was triggered in the middle of the night because someone was being stupid but that was not the fault of the management. They handled the situation calmly and...

« The room itself was decent, but the overall stay was very disappointing. The bathroom was outdated and it had visible mold on the grout. Most alarming were the cockroaches crawling on the furniture. There was constant noise right outside of our door - a dog was barking in the room next to us all night and people were coming and going at all hours. Also the power went out around 9:30 and was off for 2 hours. I would not stay here again. »

« Peaceful and tranquil. Like traveling back in time when hotels weren’t high rise buildings. The trails and views are amazing. Comfy beds, clean. We stayed in Sassafras. Only thing missing in the room was maybe a dresser to put some folded clothes in. »

« For continental breakfast, it's amazing. Hot food, various waffle batters, wonderful. The rooms were also nice. Stayed here for a week for a work trip and it was lovely. »
