Open area which was good for conversation. The kitchen was well stocked with whatever we needed. A little better job could’ve been done when cleaning the cabinet doors, the over the range hood, and the dining table. Everyone loves the big comfy reading chair next to the huge picture. The busy road wasn’t an issue except at night when we had to open the windows because the third floor was too hot (79) and the temperature could not be regulated. We love that there were lots of bathrooms, however not were all equipped with hand soap. A paved or tarred or stone walkway heading to the door would be beneficial as when it’s wet out your shoes are soaked from walking through the grass. Late checkout was offered however, the price wasn’t given before you were required to hit purchase. overall, we would stay here again as long as the temperature controls could be figured out. ##### Tracy F.
