« This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this property . It is a great space for a large group . Kitchen is well stocked . Beds are very comfortable, and plenty of bathrooms! This time we had a little trouble getting hooked up to WI-Fi but finally did. We are planning to go back to this property in the future . »

« Spacious home, but definitely could use some landscaping and improvements to the outside. We weren't aware that there was no yard but should have asked. There is a playground at the school down the street. »

« The location is excellent. Easily walkable to Dock Square and many nearby restaurants. And, it's really big. Lots of room for family, friends and our Corgi. »

« The location was very convenient. Easy drive to downtown Saco and Biddeford. As well as very quick access to the highway so Portland and other points are easy to get to. Ample parking. »

« This place was okay- it served our needs. A few complaints- generally a dingy smell throughout the house, felt damp. The bathroom shower curtain has no liner so the curtain itself was very moldy. The grass wasnt mowed so I worried about ticks. The water tasted a little musty too but maybe thats just a Maine thing? Also the communication was pretty terrible with both the vrbo host and the property management company and I had a lot of trouble contacting them and getting the receipts I needed....

« We had a wonderful relaxing weekend at minisands! Great for a couple. Everything was clean and communication with the host was outstanding. Having the ocean across the street and being able to walk to restaurants was a plus. We will definitely return! »

« This ended up being the perfect place to host our annual friends' get together for the holidays. It's always great to be able to get everyone together, and when we initially didn't have a place to host it this year, this was the solution that saved the day. « Beautiful spot, very quiet, peaceful. You can hear the waves at night. Great restaurant right next door, wonderful access to the community. »

« We stayed at this property for a second year in a row and it was great once again!! The walk to the beach is so convenient and the house was very clean. We had some pretty intense thunder storms during our stay which led to power outages in the area. The host, Mike, was extremely prompt in his responses and made a point to check in on us which was very kind. We’ll definitely be back! »
