"Disgusting. Burn marks on the dresser, crooked/slanted mattress, luke warm water, flies coming out the sink and spiders on the ceiling, water doesn't drain and mold in the bathroom everywhere. I stayed one night and requested a refund for the second night as I was not staying there"

"Room was clean and large enough . Bathroom jkind of poor. Extremely small sink/counter space, nothing was updated, the towels were tiny. Didn’t give you bar soap or anything else that wasn’t nailed down. I realized this isn’t 5 star but there are things that can be done for low cost to make the stay more comfortable. "

"No business center. Email said $30 for early check-in but it was $40. rooms are falling apart. stains on the headboard, handprints on the windows. Could hear my neighbors as if they were in my room. Assumed I could leave my luggage there after check-out but they actually made it seem like they were making an exception by keeping it for a few hours. No conditioner only shampoo. The whole building needs to be refreshed. Ms Gayle was nice. "
