It was clean and comfortable, 5 minutes walk from te papa. Price was affordable, would stay there again.

The wall heater in the room was noisy. One of the lifts was out of action. The buffet breakfast was not kept hot enough. Outside the main entrance to the foyer some asbestos was being removed from the overhanging roof. Location was fantastic. Views from the 9th floor room were great! Staff were friendly and attentive.

Great location - easy to walk everywhere from this hotel with lots of food and shopping options nearby. Room was clean and serviced daily. However, the walls are paper thin and you can hear conversations, TV etc clear as day - was a big downside to staying here.

Great experience from booking ( friendly and helpful staff) to being on the top floor with views of the city and harbour. Spacious room, clean and tidy with everything you need. Easy walking distance to cafe, Te papa, Takina, Oriental Bay, new world and more. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others, extra bonus it has onsite parking.

The location is top tier with great parking at a cheap rate! The staff are all super friendly and helpful. The rooms are showing their age a bit, but it's more than comfortable enough. I would stay again 😀

We enjoy our stay there. The facility is great, especially the bed is cosy. The room is quiet. One comment would be the light switch is not so obvious, two little triggers on the door frame.
