Beautiful hotel, very clean & well-maintained. All the staff from front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant/ lounge were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast buffet was terrific! Would definitely stay here again and will be looking for the Drury name in other cities as well.

I had a very good experience at this hotel. The front desk staff were very professional and friendly, especially a lady named Candice who wears glasses and works the daytime shift.
The hotel looks newly renovated, very clean, quiet, and comfortable with good soundproofing.
The Mexican lady at breakfast service could not speak much English, but she was still very patient, warm, and helpful.
I have stayed at many hotels in the U.S., and this hotel really stands out. I am very satisfied...

My only concern was that I was placed in a room for a person with accessibility needs. I am not a person who needs those additional services, and would have preferred that room had been left open to someone who needs it. While I understand perhaps that was the only room left, or only one left with the size of bed I requested, I would have appreciated explanation with alternative options if available.
