« We enjoyed our stay for a weekend in Incline Village. The place is very nice. It has a big kitchen and lots of communal space which was great for cooking, eating meals, and playing games. There are lots of places to sleep and plenty of towels and blankets for several guests. There’s a nice outdoor porch right on the golf course. It’s also in really close proximity to restaurants/groceries and the beaches. We had great communication with the owner, Kalen, who was very helpful and easy to reach....

« We had a very nice two week stay in July! This quaint cabin is conveniently located near the Incline golf course & restaurant. We easily coasted down hill on our bikes to play pickle ball & use the gym at the rec center and turned on our electric bike boost to get back up the hill. We enjoyed the East Shore Trail, Sand Harbor, boulder jumping, hiking & more! The cabin's kitchen is new & well stocked with plenty of dishes, pots, pans & utensils. My fiancé and I booked this home for our destination wedding at Chimney Beach just North of Incline Village. Wish we could have stayed longer. « The home was very spacious and had many little touches that made this listing stand out compared to many others we’ve been to. They had an Xbox with family friends games, lots of board games ranging from 4 y/o to adult, and a bin of toys our kiddo loved playing with. This space was clearly meant for families and easily held 5 of us. Only 15 minutes from king city beach, and within 5 minutes of multiple restaurants and beaches. »

There is a beautiful lookout point right next to the water but you can't get to the water from this property. It was no big deal for us. There are two beaches within walking distance.
