Check in was a problem, communication was extremely slow. The unit lacked even the basics - enough blankets for all the beds, towels, wash clothes, TP. It wasn't clean - especially the bathroom. It has an ant problem in the middle of winter! The internet never worked. The kitchen has dirty dishes in it - in the cupboards! There is a total lack of items in the kitchen, as basic as hot pads to grab something out of the oven!
