This was a great option when we went to DC for the Marine Corp marathon and provided a lot more space for our family of 4 and better value than a hotel room. Has a cute little nook area just off the family room with a futon/twin bed that was perfect for our youngest, she felt like she had her own space. Pip was super helpful and provided great communication throughout the process. It was very clean with the exception of a few long black hairs in my bed and shower (NOT MINE). Also...host only responded to my communication if sent through the VRBO app. Neighborhood was okay...seemed slightly run down but nothing concerning. It is close to a Metro station which we easily used Uber to access. We stayed on top floor and stairs to access had a big crack on one step which we had to avoid.
