The only downside is you have to be ready for the noise from the outdoor bars next door (which we were, we know the area well). The Earl was close to the metro so we were able to hop on and off easily and quickly. The town itself is super cute and we had a great time walking around. ANYTHING you need is within walking distance (bonus was a Trader Joes close to the apartment). It's safe and never had concerns about anyone. The apartment is right outside a local bar and the partying lasts till about 2 AM. This was not a problem for us as it was fun to people watch but a young family with a baby or an older couple should just be aware. We'd absolutely come and stay again!!! ##### Matt and Beth K.
