The property is always well staffed, or so it seems. The property is normally clean and orderly. Sometimes there are people who are hanging around the front entrance to the facility and that’s not always a good look.

Parking on side for a fee. Bed firm but I prefer firm. EAR plugs for sleep are helpful as walls are not well insulated. soundproofed. Location good for American Univ. 1 1/2 block away there is an excellent bakery that also serves coffee, Bread Furst, but they open at 8AM.

Staff and room were both good. The description says they have food and bar on location. This is actually a different building. It was a nice restaurant also but the hotel description was misleading. We would stay here again if/when we are in town

The hotel is dated and its bed was terrible, the bathtub was discolored and it looked dirty. The elevator was dirty and wet. The front desk staff wasn’t the friendliest, but the room service person was great very friendly and helpful, she was great.

Room was clean, had everything but a fridge. Maybe we needed to ask for one. Beds were comfortable but definitely full not queen size. Parking was plentiful for $25/ night which was listed ahead of time. Overall, it was a decent hotel for this price. Everything else around is much more expensive.
