« The house is a charming farmhouse with that neat blend of old-style charm and modern convenience. It feels like out in the countryside, but only a short drive to anything. The rooms are comfortable, the kitchen well supplied, and there's a few games and toys for kiddos (plus tv and wifi), with lots of yard to explore. The owner, who lives in a separate home on property is friendly and helpful! Loved our stay! »

« If you want a perfect escape this is the place !Paula and Scott are the perfect hosts! The house is so warm and cozy and there was plenty of room for all 11 of us. The interior was quite unique, what with the beautifully stained concrete floor, the wooden slats covering portions of the walls and kitchen island, the quaint rocking chair beside the fireplace and splashes of marble adorning areas of the floor and wall. « Had a great stay. Listing was very accurate and the area was as quiet as can be. I would warn anyone coming during deer season to take it extremely slow down the country roads. In one trip to the property we had 8 different "woah there" moments with deer. Also had one waiting at the front door for us to get home that night which was awesome! Would definitely do it again! »

« Our family chose Kentucky to celebrate a milestone birthday & visit Makers’s Mark Distillery. One of the primary reasons we decided on this property was that it was dog friendly. The property itself is warm, inviting and spacious. The owner had great/fast communication —and even stopped by when we couldn’t figure out how to work the television. Throughout our time on the farm, we truly felt like we were being woven into the local fabric. »

« Scott the owner was a great communicator about everything and quick to respond to questions. The house was perfectly located for family nearby. It had a beautiful backyard view of the farm. For late October this was an excellent time and location to enjoy fall. »
