What a magnificent property!! And right in the middle of the old town square. Spacious and modern - but with some old world charm. It was also our first time in Warsaw - and I was impressed with how clean and walkable the city is!

Of the 8 hotels we stayed at during our vacation, THIS was the absolute BEST! Absolutely beautifully decorated and well kept. Modern amenities, lighting, and art as well as Roman/Greek accents and nice wood floors made this spacious stay a pleasure in every sense. The location is unbeatable being at the heart of Old Town. As if that was not enough, Laura, the property manager was the nicest, most accommodating, host we've ever had. She toured us, showed us how the many appliances, lights, and amenities worked and even ordered a taxi for us on Christmas morning! She truly went above and beyond! We can't wait to return!

This place was AMAZING! and Laura who is the caretaker was phenomenal. I had some trouble (my fault) locating the building and Laura literally figured out where I was, met me, and then led me to the building. The apartment was truly a luxury apartment, and the kitchen was well equipped (I like to cook). I also need to mention the master bathroom...wow! You need to experience it for yourself. Also, it's literally located on the market square of old town Warsaw...incredible location!

the location was right on warszaw square. We initially booked a 2 bedroom, but it looked at a side street. Laura allowed us to look at the 1 bedroom which was overlooking the square directly, and allowed us to move. We really enjoyed the location, the service and the building. Very nice, as it had a kitchen. . .and a great view.

WARNING SCAM
WARNING SCAM!!! First off, it’s an old apartment building NOT a hotel, so it shouldn’t be referred to is as such. They are NOT associated with the actual Mondrian hotels just use their likeness (do your own research) this is how we got scammed. Most of the things mentioned about property simply DO NOT EXIST, which are standard for an actual hotel. Attached are the real pictures of the inside the property as they use fake pictures. We only stayed one night before we ran from there and didn’t get our money back ($3,700 total!) Watch out for SMALL PRINT also as they do NOT have elevators, so you will have to drag the bags up and down 6 flights of stairs or anytime you want to leave the “luxury” room. For airport shuttle they ordered old taxi. It is ran by one guy named Rafal as limited concierge but don’t be fooled there isn’t even an actual concierge desk nor bell desk! He only uses WhatsApp to communicate; not professional. “Limited” housekeeping and food service do NOT exist! When we ask about dry cleaning we were referred to a mall that was closed. They do NOT have a winery, business center, computer station, tours/tickets assistance, pillow menu nor hypoallergenic bedding. There is no heating other than the central air heating for the OLD building which means there are little radiators under windows but you can’t even control the temp hence ‘central’. Rafal lied to us via messages but when we complained again he came over and told us “too bad” in most rude way so we left.

Luxury Appartment , Perfect Location
The Luxury Collection Mondrian Market Square are beautiful apartments, luxury throughout. After booking Rafal contacted us to see if he could help in anyway, booking transfers etc. Before arrival he contacted us again with directions. On arrival he greeted us and showed us round the apartment, explaining all the high tech. The apartment provided an iPad and pocket WiFi for guests use. Apple TV, fridge, oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. Fully equipped. Every in the appartment was as good as new and spotlessly clean and comfortable and warm. Beautifully decorated . The location was directly on th Old Town Market Square , with an abundance of inexpensive, good restaurants on the doorstep. Close to the castle. The old town is the place to stay. We will recommend these apartments to family and friends and we are already planning a return visit with family. We stayed in the 2 bedroom old town view, which was spacious. The 3 bedroomed apartments must be amazing. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Really beautiful apartment - in an absolutely superb location in the middle of the old town. Rafael was lovely - met us on time and was very easy to communicate with. Would absolutely stay here again - v glam.

Stay was amazing! If you want the best of everything...this is your place. The attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile was the earmark of staying at the Mondrian. Right down to the inclusion of pocket wifi and bluetooth speakers throughout the apartment. We had no problems lounging at the apartment on the rainy days during our holiday without feeling like we were missing out. The apartment itself and the view of Market Square will be a lasting memory of Warsaw. 10/10

Outstanding apartment and an Amazing host!
From the initial booking confirmation throughout the airport collection and check-in, Rafal was very prompt answering our querys making tour staying very enjoyable. The location of the apartment is superb, full amenities and all the must go palaces and restaurants in the heart of Warsaw. You will also enjoy the hop in sight seeing bus stop a block away. .The apartment is exquisitely decorated with the very best of everything. Rafal has blend a hi-tech features using the lighting and all the electronic devices with a single remote control, works like a charm. Despite the apartment its located right in the plaza is very well sound insulated, we had no noise complaint at all. I highly recomended!
