"I enjoyed my time spent there, although I was there because of my mother being ill at the time so it provided me a comfortable place to relax I remember it being very quiet and peaceful and relaxing. I did receive a ticket for 85 for parking on eastern pkwy being there was no street parking available. Also, I may have preferred an air conditioner but there was fan and an oscillating fan there that was also used to keep cool. There wasn’t any windows so it was a private entry, private exit and...

"When I arrived, the apartment was spotless. The host showed me where the thermostat was, so I was able to switch between AC and heat (Jersey in spring...prepare for all 4 seasons!). There is a family living upstairs, but they leave you alone and are so quiet, it's easy to forget someone lives upstairs. In my encounters with them, they were super nice. I would highly recommend this location, and would not hesitate to rent this apartment again."
