"This was the perfect size for our family of 5. Great amenities and sad we were only staying for one night. We hope to go back and spend more time in the area and Will definitely stay again."

"The staff were always friendly. That is the one plus for this property. It is apparent as soon as you step out of the lobby just how dated this property is. I would absolutely forgive that if the room was good. Our room was clean, however, we were immediately hit with a damp, musty smell. Our room maintained that smell the entire two night stay. The smell is likely a combination of the a/c unit dampness and the lack of a vent fan in the bathroom. It got stronger whenever the unit turned on. My throat hurt whenever we were in the room leaving me to suspect possible mold. There was no middle ground for the thermostat. It was either freezing or stuffy and stagnant. I tried to give grace for the beds but after two nights on them I have none left to give. The beds caused us to toss and turn each night waking up with extremely sore backs. The paint on the ceiling in the shower was peeling and flaking off in chunks. The shower doors also leaked water onto the floor. The hot water also took a solid 5 minutes to even heat up to luke warm our first night. "

"The pool area was big and very crowded. A lot of underage kids not supervised doing back flips off the slide and sitting on the tennis nets. The hotel staff are very friendly but do not monitor what is happening on the property. At times the pool area felt unsafe for small kids due to teenagers doing flips right in the pool along side of them. The rooms spacious but are outdated with 90s curtains, flooring, and decor. "

"Our room was very clean and refreshed each day. The entire staff were friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was adequate with a variety of fresh food choices. The facility in general is clean and comfortable, but in need of some maintenance and refurbishing. The outdoor eating area is sorely in need of a power washing. Free shuttle to the Colonial Village is easily accessed from the hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. "

"Not greatly pleased, but you get what you pay for. I do have several complaints for 1 there was no microwave or fridge 2 the bathroom was not handicap accessible. There was no shower bars to hold onto. My husband could not take a shower. The AC did not work properly it cut on and off probably over a 100 times throughout the night and there should also be a quiet time at least after 10 o’clock if not, 9 the people beside of us was in and out of their room up until 2 AM which was ridiculous. We are older, elderly people and should not be bothered with that type of issue!. I can say the beds was nice and clean and the sheets smelled like bleach, which is a good thing because I wash my sheets with bleach. The bathroom outlets need to be replaced. I plugged my curling iron in and it just fell out of the receptacle. The rooms could use some paint. And they need to get a good air filtration system. The whole hotel smelled unfresh.."
