« At the beggining the host was very nice and allowed us to have an earlier check in to leave our bags there, noting that the cleaness of the apartment would be done while we were there (or our bags were there). We get out to had lunch and came back around 4 and they hadn't cleaned the apartment yet (it is supose to be ready at 3pm, that was our orginal check in) »

« House is 5 bedrooms 2 en-suite and1.5 baths. It was clean and exactly what we needed with 3 adults and three teens. Lots of space, great WiFi and a myriad of nature outside the door. Area felt safe and we ate at the Indian 3 min walk away two nights in a row. Waterman’s Arms 10 min walk was excellent for a full English. An Asda is 10 min away also! A choice of DLR stations made it perfect for getting everywhere. The host was very responsive and accommodating. Thanks again »

« I rented this property for a five-night stay with my family over Easter weekend. First off, it is in a great neighborhood, away from noise and tourists. If you really want to feel that you are a resident of the city, it is a good spot. Located on a quiet street, you cannot hear any city noise. The neighborhood has lots of shops and restaurants and is very close to Regents Park. There are several tube stations in the vicinity, all within a 10 minute walk (Baker Street, Bond Street, Regents...

« Overall, the property was as described. My family of four, two adults and two teen girls enjoyed having the space over 3 floors. Only small issues were the internet, which we the host helped us figure out and the unbearably warm weather. The fans helped, as did sleeping on the bottom and ground levels. »

« Property was ideal size and location was good. Under the impression i was able to park in the land next to the property but was told off by another resident. Was advised by owner there is on road parking- should have read this properly! Apartment smelt of cigarettes and cannot take smell out from clothes. Shower had mould around grouting of tiles and needs bringing up-to date. Mattress - springs broken and had a dip did not sleep much. Extractor needs a good clean can see grease on top. Need...

« Hotels.com messed up. Was never allowed to check in because the apartment owner demanded to be paid directly and not by the Hotels.com and that is after paying hotels.com upfront. I just want my money refunded. Period. »
