"For this property, excellent does not do it justice. This hotel, from top to bottom, has everything a visitor would need. The amenities and cleanliness were above and beyond. Please be sure you bring your swimsuit as this property has a spa-like pool and hot tub. The restaurant and bar - chefs kiss! The waiters address you by your first name and treat you like family. I travel quite a bit for work and this is one of the best properties I've ever stayed at. I will definitely be back for..."

"After we unpacked and settled into our room our air conditioner ceased working. We were moved to another room that was not even half as nice as the one we left. So we were inconvenience and had to repack for our room transfer because our air conditioner didn't work and we were given a much smaller room with a terrible view of rooftops filled with mechanical units on top of them. The staff was pleasant as they demoted us."
