A very enjoyable stay, excellent rooms, very clean and tidy, pool with swim up bar was very relaxing. Close to Space Centre Houston, great parking, excellent value for money.

Amir is an excellent addition to your property. He is a bellman and was the reason we returned for a second stay! His customer service is stellar! Jennifer in the bar is also exceptional - tremendous service, friendliness and great work ethic. She is terrific! Your entire team is noteworthy but these two individuals stand out! I know it takes effort and leadership to build a great team. Thank you!

Hannah from the bar was lovely, attentive, and friendly. She made our stay memorable. This hotel is cute, along with the pool. Just the two drinks and truffle fries were tasty so I can only imagine the rest. Can’t wait to be back!

This people have water that smells like poop. Sewage water is what they use for water. Remnants of trash, sticky nastiness in drawers, air vents falling off ceilings. Random kids belts found? Candy stuck to floor? Trash wasn’t even taken out. Mind you I have kids that found these things as well. Oh and don’t even try and ask for them to refund you for their disgusting rental. They will give you the run around and then IGNORE YOU. Awful establishment and these people NEED TO BE SHUTDOWN.

The property is nice. A few things are starting to age and need a little maintenance, but still a very nice place. Only disappointment this time we stayed here was that none of the staff seemed like they wanted to be there. No one was particularly rude, but no one had a smile and every interaction was right on the verge of a bit sharp in the way they spoke to us. We also ordered food from the bar for happy hour and it never showed up after about 50 minutes and we were heading to dinner anyway, so I just cancelled it. Again, bartender wasn’t necessarily rude, but her words could have been a little kinder, and maybe an apology or something would have been nice? Her response was “as you wish”. Again, not rude, but in the context of the situation, it was close to a bit rude. Will give them another chance in the future because we like the place and the location, but wasn’t nearly as impressed as we used to be with it.
