"The house was exactly as advertised and only a short walk to the ocean and a long beach. There are views of the ocean from the living and dining room, as well as the kitchen. The house was clean and well-stocked, with lots of instructions/guidance to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The owners have furnished the house with quality items, and it is evident that they have given a great deal of thought to making the house a home away from home. "We loved the floor plan of the house. Very open in middle and each room is very private and self contained. Location is beautiful. Very close to town. Owner is great and responsive. Surfaces of house were clean but needs other cleaning. Walls, cupboards, drawers etc need attention. House had everything we needed and more!"

"We stayed here a few years ago and were returning again on this trip. The house has everything you could need, the fireplace and hot tub are just frosting on the cake. Annie is a most gracious host. Stepping off of the porch puts you in the sand and you can't ask for more. Great place, great host."

"Loved this place so much! The trail to the beach was magical🤩 had amazing quality time with my family❤️ Owner was so awesome and on top of things! Had a problem with the propane tank and they had someone sent over to replace it in less than 10 minutes. First time in Waldport and it was the best beach house experience we’ve ever had!"

"The views were great from all over the house. It was winter so the weather was a little gloomy at times but the beach was close by so we could run home when the drops came. We experienced a wind storm adults we were there but felt safe in the house!"

"We have a new favorite rental house for our coastal visits! This house has it all. The beds and couches are all super comfy, the location is perfect (step outside to the sand, with a fire pit immediately in the “backyard”), and a very well stocked kitchen. The only thing I’d suggest be added are soaps and shampoo/conditioner in the showers, but not a deal breaker!"
