"Very quirky property, but the location can't be beat for the price. It was a quick walk down the property stairs (~50) to get onto the beach where we could wander for hours during the super low tide. Exceptionally clean. Nice to have a kitchen. Bed was comfy but noisy (very thick tarp like mattress cover). Electric fireplace seemed like a nice touch but didn't work after about 60 seconds, despite numerous resets. All in all would stay again purely for the beach access."

"The view was great, the location, perfect. It is more like a motel in that it has doors opening outside, but they make it feel more like a hotel with a lot of extras. The coffee maker was a nice larger and newer Keurig, they put a pair of binoculars on the table for your use while there, and the sink, shower, etc. were all newer. There is a fridge and microwave and a bigger safe (laptops fit). I would definitely stay here again if in the area."
