Oct 2, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in Disliked: Communication, listing accuracy Very nice facility, but not crazy about the location, even though it's an easy downhill walk to the world's tiniest harbor. There is no view of the harbor unless you're on the front walk, and you can't see the ocean, but can barely hear it. All of the furnishings were very nice, clean, and comfortable. On the other hand, we strongly recommend that if you're over 50, or in any way immobilized, this property isn't what you're looking for. There is no parking next to the unit, even for unloading or loading your luggage. The parking area is roughly 70 yards from the middle unit we used. There is a street next to the front door, but there is no parking because it's the access street to the harbor. There is also a deep drainage ditch between the street and the front sidewalk. Also, there are no ramps, only concrete steps with no handrails. There are no ceiling fans in the bedrooms, no fire escapes, and no fire extinguishers on the second floor. The units are very nice however, but Seniors beware! ##### Don D.
