« It was a very nice unit. Had all that we needed for a great stay. Loved sitting on the patio and looking out on the water. And walking along the water in the mornings and seeing turtles feeding off the rocks. Beach at the end of the street was a bonus. Kei was great - responsive when we asked questions. Would definitely consider staying here again. »

« Nous avons vraiment l’impression de nous être fait avoir en réservant dans cet hôtel ! Nous avons payé plus de 600 € par nuit, impossibilité d’annuler notre réservation, alors que le prix avait été divisé par 3 au moment de notre venue ! Pour ce qui est de l’établissement, plutôt agréable avec une bonne rénovation, petit déjeuner OK. En revanche, mauvaise localisation avec aucun restaurant aux alentours, aucune réception, nous avons vu personne (ni pour le Check-In, ni pour le Check-Out),...

« It was a beautiful view and it was pretty comfortable for two women with separate bedrooms. The remodeling was very pretty. We appreciated the location for ease of traveling around the island. It is in the landing path of the airport. The sofa was pretty worn out: dipped, made sounds when sitting down. I wouldn’t use it for a bed, even for children. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen’s tableware was minimal with only one teaspoon and it had been in a garbage disposal. I left a list with...

« Le condo est bien situé et bien adapté aux familles. Tout était propre et des jeux et accessoires de plongée sont accessibles. Des livres sur Maui sont également très intéressants. Nous avons eu un très beau sac cadeau à notre arrivée. Vacasa a vraiment plein de belles pensées pour les locataires. Toutefois, la communications n'est pas facile avec eux. Ils ne répondent pas dutout aux courriels. Alors il est essentiel de les appeler, ce qui est difficile à faire lorsque nous venons d'ailleurs...

« The unit is as advertised, with no exceptions, so no need to repeat that. Very nice. No problems. Host Joanne was great. This might be the nicest unit in the complex, being corner and ground floor, and the complex is also really nice. Great views, with one small caveat: there’s a hedge on the right side of the property that obstructs some of the view to the west. The sun rises directly over Haleakala crater in the morning, as viewed from the condo patio. Saw hundreds, maybe thousands of whales...

"Bonjour, Je souhaite vous faire part de notre déception concernant notre récent séjour dans votre établissement. Tout d’abord, étant membre Gold, nous avons été surpris de constater que des frais supplémentaires nous ont été facturés, dépassant le montant normalement dû pour les resort fees. Cette situation nous a semblé incohérente avec le statut et les avantages associés. De plus, durant notre séjour, il y a eu un dégât d’eau provenant de la chambre au-dessus de la nôtre. Nous avons dû gérer et nettoyer la situation nous-mêmes, ce qui a grandement affecté notre expérience. Nous avions également mentionné que ce séjour marquait notre 15e anniversaire. Malheureusement, aucune attention particulière ni geste de reconnaissance n’a été offert, ce qui a été décevant compte tenu de l’occasion. Finalement, lors de notre repas au restaurant de l’hôtel, l’entrée et le plat principal ont été servis en même temps, et les deux étaient froids. Cette expérience ne correspond pas au niveau de service attendu dans un établissement de votre catégorie. Nous souhaitions vous partager ces éléments afin que vous puissiez en prendre connaissance et améliorer l’expérience client. Nous espérons qu’un suivi pourra être fait concernant cette situation."
